Samsung has officially confirmed that its next powerful handset Samsung Galaxy S II will be available from May 1st for the UK consumers and it has also been confirmed that the handset will be upgraded with the 1.2GHz processor from 1GHz processor. The UK’s Galaxy S II will be bearing the model number: GT-I910.

We already reported you that the Galaxy S II will hit the U.S. markets in April. Samsung UK hasn’t revealed the price of the Galaxy S II (GT-I910) and the company has hinted that the handset will “be available in the UK across all major networks and retailers.”
