Back in January at CES 2011 event, the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc has launched officially and acquired much attention from the crowds. But we still don’t have the specific info about when it will hit the U.S. markets. Due to the tragic Earthquake and Tsunami in Japan, the production of the SE Xperia Arc is slowed down.
According to the SE Product Blog, Xperia Arc is set to release in the U.S. this summer. There is no word whether it will hit the AT&T or T-Mobile. As AT&T was the telecom provider for Xperia X10, the Xperia Arc also will be launched by the same carrier.

“I just got something from my US colleagues and the current plan is to have an “a”-variant available at retailers this summer. This version will be optimized for use in the US (GSM/UMTS). I’ll keep you posted as I get more details.”
