Well..recently, we came to know that the HP Veer is coming to AT&T of the USA. Inviting to the HP event in May, HP has sent an email to the people who have registered saying that should bring AT&T/Best Buy Business card to get in – this piece of information is enough to confirm the HP Veer launch on AT&T.
Interestingly, HP Veer might be showcased in White version and surprisingly it is going to have 4G HSPA+ capability according to our sources. Folks over Pocketnow have managed to get the above image and posted it online. HP Veer is the smallest webOS smartphone from HP/Palm family. It sounds pretty damn to see this tiny phone with 4G capability.
Specs wise, the QWERTY-slider HP Veer is having WebOS 2.1.2, sporting a 2.6” touch display (320 x 240 pixels of resolution). Beneath the display lies a Qualcomm 800MHz processor, 512MB RAM, 8GB internal storage, tri-band UMTS and quad-band GSM/EDGE connectivity, Accelerometer, Wi-Fi router functionality, HSPA+ connectivity and much more. This also has a 5 megapixels EDoF camera, GPS,802.11 Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth

We’re also pretty sure that it is launching on May 2nd. But there is no official word from AT&T about the carrier picking up the HP Veer smartphone. We may get to know the exact details on May 2nd, 2011 at HP event. HP Veer is scheduled to release on O2 Germany in next month.
