Best Buy has the exclusive launch of the Wi-Fi only edition of HTC Flyer 7-inch tablet covered, and now they’ve started offering pre-orders for this tablet for $499. The big box retailer Best Buy was supposed to take pre-orders on April 25th. It looks like that HTC has scheduled to launch the Flyer in late May, as Best Buy has noted that the estimated arrival dates are between May 22 and 27.
HTC Flyer also comes with a special stylus that will allow you to write on the capacitive screen to take notes and helps you to draw over each screen of the HTC Flyer and having the possibility to takes notes on a PDF file or an image and save it or share it with your friends.
1.5GHz chipset powered HTC Flyer is running with Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS, boosted by 1GB RAM, equipped with 5MP rear camera around back with LED flash, 1.3MP webcam, 32GB internal memory storage, 3G, Wi-Fi, HDMI, DLNA support, Bluetooth 3.0, special dedicated apps, Android Market.

For those who are wondering about the Android 3.0 Honeycomb upgrade on this tablet, HTC has confirmed that Flyer would be upgrading with Honeycomb OS shortly after launch.
