The highly anticipated seven-inch, 1024 x 600 Gingerbread powered HTC Flyer is definitely on its way to the consumers of the U.K, which is going to launch by Three UK network. Three UK’s catalog is revealing that HTC Flyer will be available to purchase for £169 (approx. $275) on a 2-year contract with the carrier, and the takers are required to apply for a data plan of at least £25 per month, which provides 15GB of data.
HTC Flyer will be launching with Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS pre-loaded on it. Don’t be disappointed, HTC has confirmed that it will be upgrading the Flyer with Honeycomb update shortly after its release. It has got a 7-inch display, HTC Sense UI, powered by 1.5GHz application processor, boosted by 1GB RAM, a 5 megapixel camera around its back with LED flash and an additional 1.3 megapixel snapper at front side for video chats, HDMI out, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, GPS, DLNA functionality, 32GB of onboard storage.
HTC Flyer will be shipped with a Stylus (placed above), lets you take notes, draw pictures, and more, right on the tablet. The U.S. citizens can now place an order on the HTC Flyer at Best Buy for $499 and it scheduled to release i late May.
