The Nokia Oro is a premium version of the Nokia C7 with 18-carat gold plating, leather and sapphire. Oro means ‘gold’ in Italian.
As we said above , Nokia Oro is in fact a premium Nokia C7 (known as Nokia Astound for T-Mobile USA). So do not expect anything new in terms of design or technical specifications, but it comes with Symbian Anna OS, instead of Symbian^3 OS.
Nokia Oro features 3.5-inch nHD (360 x 640 pixels) AMOLED capacitive touchscreen glass display supporting pinch to zoom, multitasking, runs on a ARM11 680 MHz processor, equipped with a 8 Megapixels camera with 720p HD video recording (@25 fps) capability and dual-LED flash, 3G, HSDPA, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, A-GPS, 8GB internal storage & microSD card up to 32GB expansion, pre-loaded OVI maps, and T-Mobile offers Wi-Fi calling on this mobile and a whole host of Nokia services.

Nokia’s new Symbian Anna OS brings the new browser, which is 3x faster than the OLD Symbian browser and portrait QWERTY with split-view data entry among its 50 new enhancements and a new Ovi Maps application that includes public transportation and offers better search. Anna will also provide enterprise grade security with hardware accelerated encryption, and several new e-mail features.

Price & Availability
The Nokia Oro handset will be available starting third quarter of this year in Limited Edition in Middle East and Russia markets and to cost around €800 (that is approx. $1,122) with taxes excluded.
