We know that the HTC-made Sprint branded EVO 3D is set to release on June 24th and the RadioShack’s online simulator also confirmed to be the a clear indication for the rumored release date. But we wanted an official press release from the carrier. Now here it is. Sprint has just officially confirmed the release date and price info of its first 3D frangled smartphone HTC EVO 3D to be June 24th and $199.99 on a two-year contract respectively. The users of HTC Evo 3D can enjoy its 4G WiMAX connectivity along with a dual-camera setup for 3D capture and glasses-free viewing of 3D content, and Sprint is referring to the smartphone as "America’s first ‘glasses-free’ 3D 4G device. Sprint’s Premier customers will be able to buy the EVO 3D online on June 21st.

You can also pre-order this handset by heading over to a nearby Sprint store and purchase a $50 gift card to place your name in the waiting list, so that you can grab it earlier than others.
