Price & Availability
The Archos 101 G9 tablet will be hitting the markets in late September with a price tag of $349. The Archos G9 3G WWAN USB will be available priced at $49.
Its 3G ready right? But the “Full Technical Specifications Of Archos 101 G9” shows that 3G: NO…
3G capability takes a $49 upgrade for a 3G stick… so no, its not natively 3G ready
For data it shows GPRS, EDGE . Is it possible to get GPRS, EDGE without 3G stick? does it has sim card slot?
Manoj,
1 thing is that you buy Archos 101 G9 and another that you will buy 3G stick.
You can put SIM card in to 3G Stick, and the 3G Stick to the tablet, and finally you will have GPRS and EDGE connection on your tablet.
