We first heard about the Nokia 700 ‘Zeta’ last week when we saw the phone’s name in a leaked document and then we could also see some of its leaked photos. Today we have some high quality pictures of the phone leaked online. The photos (posted after the break) are looking very professional and possibly taken for releasing to the press when the phone is officially announced.
As you can see at the rear side of the phone, there’s a 5 megapixel camera with LED flash as rumored earlier. The other rumored specs of the Nokia 700 (Zeta) include a 1GHz processor, 3.2-inch nHD AMOLED display, NFC (Near Field Communication) support, 3G HSPA support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, memory expansion support up to 32GB via microSD card etc. The phone weighs only 80 grams and has a thickness of 10mm. Nokia Zeta runs Symbian Belle OS. As you can see in the photos, there’s a loud speaker placed at the bottom of the phone (don’t those speaker grills catch dust easily?) which suggests that Nokia is actually looking to promote this a multimedia-centric phone. Nokia is looking to target mid-range smartphone users with this new phone. No word on the pricing and release date, we hope we’ll get these details soon.
