Asus Transformer Prime’s Promo Video Released; Landing On December 19th or Later

A bunch of rumors have been spreading online that the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime tablet will be landing in the U.S. on December 8th, after its earlier release in the Taiwan on December 1st. But, the folks over Android and Me, are claiming that that have been informed from the Asus representative that the world’s first NVidia Tegra 3 powered quad-core equipped tablet will be available from the week of December 19 or later. Asus has released the promo video of the Transformer Prime device, showing off its high quality production, a spec rehearsal and other things. According to this video, Asus Transformer Prime “has arrived”.

Asus Transformer Prime features 10.1-inch display, 8.3mm profile, Android 3.2 Honeycomb OS, 8 megapixel rear-facing camera, 1.3 megapixel front-facing shooter, 1080p HD video recording capability, 1GB RAM, 32/64GB eMMC, an SD card slot. Docking port, 18 hours of usage time with the help of Docked keyboard’s battery, and much more. Asus Transformer Prime will be upgraded with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS via an OTA update, as soon as it is optimized and tested.
