As promised earlier, AT&T has started selling its latest 4G LTE capable Samsung Galaxy Note i717 handset in the U.S., which has been available for pre-order. Now, you can grab the device at a price of $299.99 on a 2-year contract. Best Buy stores will also start selling the Galaxy Note for the same price tag. Earlier this week, Canada based wireless carriers – Bell, Rogers and Telus have started selling this handset.

If you need a specs refresher, the Galaxy Note includes a massive 5.3″ Super AMOLED display of 1280x800p resolution, 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, 1 GB of RAM, Android 2.3.5, 4G LTE connectivity, 16 GB of internal storage, an 8 MP rear-facing camera and a 2 MP front-facing camera, S-Pen support, a powerful 2500mAh battery and much more.

This big (but, not too huge) boy is available in both ceramic white and carbon blue colored editions.
