Back in 2011, Asus has started selling its first ever quad-core processor equipped Transformer Prime tablet and unfortunately, the tablet had a locked bootloader inside. Then the angry owners spoke loudly and started demanding Asus to unlock the bootloaders of Transformer Prime tablets they truly paid for. Thus, Asus listened the public outcry from developers and buyers and promised on its Facebook page to sort out the matter.
As promised in early January, Asus has released the Bootloader Unlock Tool for Transformer Prime tablet now.

It’s pretty simple to unlock your Asus Transformer Prime tablet. All you have to id to download the .apk file from the following link and run it on the tablet to unlock it. Grab the Bootloader Unlock Tool (.apk file) from the link provided here at below.

The tool only works on Andriod4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS version installed Transformer Prime TF201 editions.
Please keep in mind that you’ll be voiding your warranty and other stuff on your Asus Transformer Prime if you choose to use the Bootloader Unlock Tool. The statement from Asus is as follows:
“You also acknowledge ASUS does not guarantee service satisfaction to any Revised Product, including events involving paid service requested by you to be performed to the Revised Product.
Furthermore, such repaired Revised Product will not be covered under the warranty of the Original Product; the software of the repaired Revised Product will not be deemed the software of the Original Product and will not receive ASUS software updates.
It is strongly advised that you avoid activating this App unless you fully understand and accept the risks that may arise.”
