As the “next Galaxy” device release date approaches closer we can be assured a lot of rumors and leaked images. Here’s another leak of the Samsung Galaxy S III handset. The folks over SamMobile have received a document, and the insider is claiming it as the service manual of the upcoming GT-I9300 handset. The device will be launched as the Samsung Galaxy SIII, which has been confirmed by Samsung’s own Kies software.

From what we can see in this image, the device looks pretty good and it has got a centre button. BUt, Google has got rid of the menu button. So, the device in the image could be a rough drawing for later elaboration. The leaked service manual has also mentioned the specifications for the Galaxy S III handset. It will have a new Super AMOLED C-Type display measuring 4.8 inches, 8MP primary camera with LED flash, 1080p HD video playback/recording capability, RGB sensor, Electromagnetic sensor, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, HSPA+ 21Mbps capability, 1.5GHz quad-core processor and most probably Android 4.0 ICS OS running the whole show.
