HTC Unveils Desire C; A Budget Android Phone With Beats Audio. Android 4.0 ICS

The Chinese manufacturer has officially unveiled the new HTC Desire C Android phone. This handset has been making appearances online by the codename Golf. HTC Desire C is an affordable Android OS powered handset with Beats Audio integration and it will ship with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS out-of-the box. Looks wise, it looks identical to the yesteryear’s HTC Explorer handset.

HTC has confirmed that the Desire C will start hitting the European markets in May, reasonably priced at €200 (that’s roughly translates to $255). T-Mobile will offer it for just £170, sans the contract or you can grab it for free with a two-year agreement and you need to subscribe for a data plan for £15.50 a month.
