A couple of days ago, Verizon has officially announced its latest flagship smartphone, Samsung Galaxy S III for the biggest U.S. carriers – Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and U.S. Cellular. Verizon has also confirmed that Samsung Galaxy S III 4G LTE pre-orders will begin on June 6th promptly at 7 AM EST. There is no word on when the device will be available in stores and online to purchase. Verizon’s Galaxy S III will ship in two storage options – 16GB Galaxy S III edition will cost you $149.99 $199.99 and 32GB edition checks in at $249.99 with your signature on a two-year contract with the carrier.
Verizon’s Galaxy S III has also got the same design like international variant that was announced in early May. But Verizon’s variant has got a couple of hardware tweaks under the hood and of course, there is a Verizon branding logo on the back.
Verizon’s Samsung Galaxy S III will gave 2 gigabytes of internal RAM, a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz, packs a 4.8″ HD Super AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass 2, 4G LTE capability, 16GB or 32GB internal storage, expandable storage via microSD cards, two color options (blue or white), 2100mAh battery and it will ship with Android 4.0.x Ice Cream Sandwich OS.
