The Twitter courtesy of @evleaks has gotten its hands on what very much look like some leaked press images of the upcoming Nokia Lumia Windows Phone 8 devices, which should be announced at Finnish mobile maker’s September 6th event. Press shot of the upcoming Nokia Lumia 920 with PureView and Lumia 820 handsets landed in the hands of the source. We are also presented with fll details and specs of both these handsets.
It is not the first time we are hearing that Nokia is bringing its PureView technology to Lumia Windows Phones lineup. If the leaked information is believed to be true, Nokia Lumia 920 will have the top notching PureView imaging technology. It is expected to be carrying a 21-megapixel sensor, but not the 41-megapixel sensor, which was used in the Symbian OS running Nokia 808 PureView handset. PureView technology provides less noise and better performance in low light conditions and much better zooming capability. Lumia 929 is expected to sport a bigger 4.5-inch screen packing a polycarbonate body.
On the other side, Noia Lumia 820 will not have PureView technology, while it is rumored to sport a 4.65″ AMOLED display, powered by a dual-core 1.5 GHz processor, LTE connectivity, NFC radio inside, and there is also support for a microSD card slot. Both the Lumia 920 and Lumia 820 handstes are also also expected to be equipped with CarlZeiss optics.
