Samsung has finally revealed out the availability of its Galaxy Camera for the United States. A couple of days back, it was released in the U.K. alongside the Samsung Galaxy S III mini handset. AT&T will cover it in the U.S. and it will available in stores this Thursday, November 16th. AT&T is also releasing HTC One X+ and One VX handsets on the same day. AT&T will charge $499.99 for the Samsung Galaxy Camera with or without contract. AT&T customers can grab it for $400 if you buy it with a Galaxy smartphone on contract. That’s a $100 off deal for a Galaxy Camera + a Galaxy handset and that’s a good deal during this holiday buying season for a limited time.
Samsung Galaxy Camera comes with a 4.8 Super LCD display with HD resolution, a super-bright 16MP backside illuminated CMOS sensor with a pop-up Xenon flash, Samsung’s own Exynos quad-core processor that has been clocked at 1.4GHz, running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS and it will have access to AT&T Locker, which is “a free and easy-to-use photo and video sharing service for AT&T customers,” and users will get 5 GB of storage for free and ability to upload images and video and quickly share on Facebook, MySpace, Twitter or e-mail.
Users who are looking forward to take advantage of its 4G radio, here are the following AT&T plans:
- AT&T Mobile Share: $10 to share between 1 GB and 20GB
- AT&T DataConnect 250MB: $15 for 250MB
- AT&T DataConnect 3GB: $30 for 3GB
- AT&T DataConnect 5GB: $50 for 5GB
