Australian manufacturer, Kogan has unveiled a new dual-SIM Agora device. The device will be available for $149. The exciting news is that you can get the device without signing up with a specific carrier. It means you can pick up any network according to your convenience.
Kogan’s new dual-SIM Agora Android phone has a 5-inch 480 x 800 LCD capacitive touchscreen, a 9.8mm in thickness weighing around 180 grams, a dual-core 1 GHz Cortex A9-based processor, 512 MB of RAM and a 2000mAh Li-ion battery to run the device.
Even though the device is cheap when comparing to other manufacturers’ 5-incher devices, the device has all the essential features like others’ costlier devices have, it comes with dual-cameras: 5MP on the back side and 0.3MP on the front side of the device. The dual-SIM Agora phone is running Google’s Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich mobile operating system and it also includes 4 GB of internal memory, microSD support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, USB 2.0, Bluetooth, GPS and 3G connectivity, FM Radio and support for the 850, 900, 1900 and 2100MHz 3G frequencies, and more.
Now, the device is being sold exclusively though the official website of the manufacturer. The device will be available in 11 countries including the US, UK and Australia. Kogan will ship the device starting from mid-February.
