Sony Ericsson Arc comes out officially; Huge Reality Display & Slimmest curved body

It’s an awesome phone really. Kicking out all the rumours, At CES 2011, Sony Ericsson has just announced its cool and greatest Android handset, the Xperia arc packing in a curved body(8.7mm thin) with a huge multi touch Reality Display measuring 4.2 inches with 854 x 480 pixels (FWVGA) resolution and it is also being confirmed that its image quality has enhanced by the new Mobile BRAVIA Engine.

We’ve some more exciting news for you that Xperia arc will be having Android 2.3 Gingerbread on 1 GHz chipset and it is equipped wit an 8 Megapixels camera with Sony Exmor R photo enhancement technology with f/2.4 lens, which lets you to  capture high-quality images & 720p HD video even in low-light situations and it is also having sports an HDMI-out feature and it is weighing 117 grams. Not bad Sony, really not bad at all.

Xperia arc also sports aGPS, Bluetooth, DLNA, Wi-Fi, Wisepilot navigation, Android Market, 8GB card included and micro-SD card slot support for 32GB memory expansion and many more features.

Regardless of which carrier it goes to, or which network capability it’s based on, Xperia arc is a very, very good looking sexy device. Look at its curved body..!

Price & Availability

Sony Ericsson Xperia arc will be available globally for sales, including Japan, from this quarter in the colours Midnight Blue and Misty Silver. Pricing details not known yet. Check out some more images at below.
