Samsung Galaxy S IV SCH-i959 CDMA emerges at AnTuTu Benchmark

Earlier we reported several benchmark results of the much awaited Samsung Galaxy S IV were listed online. This week, a BrowserMark 2.0 benchmark results of the device also surfaced online and the device scored the highest points. Today, another benchmark result of the Galaxy S IV has been spotted online.

The Galaxy S IV bearing model number SCH-i959 has been spotted at AnTuTu Benchmark. From the screenshot shown below, it has been revealed that the result is obtained from the device which is powered by Google’s Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean mobile operating system with a 1080×1920 resolution and the device is clocked at 1.8GHz processor. As this variant is likely to be heading to China Telecom(CDMA band frequency), the model SCH-i959 is likely to be a CMDA version.

The much awaited smartphone is expected to come with a 4.99-inch Full-HD SoLux Display instead of the usual AMOLED display technology, 2GB of RAM, 13MP Rear-facing camera and more. It is expected to use the fastest internet connection with 5G Wi-Fi technology and a wireless charging module which will be compatible with any standard Qi charger.

AnTuTu Benchmark results of upcoming CDMA Samsung Galaxy S IV

The Samsung Galaxy S IV powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 quad-core processor is expected to be available in the US and another variant powered by Samsung’s Octa-core Exynos 5 processor is also rumored to be introduced to European markets. The device is expected to be available in Black and white colors with 16, 32, and 64GB variants.

We hope that more details about the Galaxy S IV will be available very soon since the South Korean manufacturer already sent out invitations to the public for the official announcement of the device at Times Square in New York on March 14.
