Last week at the MWC 2013 event, Nokia officially announced several mobile devices including Windows Phone 8 powered smartphones Nokia Lumia 520 and 720. But at the time of announcement, the Finnish mobile manufacturer didn’t reveal the availability of the devices in the US. Now, the Nokia Lumia 720 (bearing FCC ID: QTLA) has been listed on the FCC website which means that it will be available in the US regions very soon.
There’s no further report to which carrier(s), the Lumia 720 will be heading and when it will be available.
You can note that the device equipped with a 4.3-inch WVGA display is powered by 1GHz dual-core Snapdragon CPU, 512MB of RAM, 8GB internal storage, a microSD card support up to 64GB, 6.7MP rear camera, and1.3MP front camera. The Nokia Lumia 720 features Nokia services like the full suite of Here Maps, Nokia Music and several lenses such as Cinemagraph and panorama. The smartphone has a 2,000mAh battery, NFC, and it supports wireless charging capability.
Besides the US, the Nokia Lumia 720 is expected to be available first in Hong Kong, Vietnam and Singapore in Q1 2013. Later in Q2, the device will be rolled out in Europe, and other Asian markets including China and India.
Coming to the color variant, it will be available in five color options: cyan, black, yellow, red and glossy white.
