Motorola Xoom releasing on February through Verizon Wireless on February 24th. LTE 4G capable Motorola Xoom is expected to available in March through Verizon Wireless networks. Wi-Fi-only version XOOM is also arriving this April.

Also I am a bit confused by your listing of technical specifications. So far I have only seen a version for Verizon, a CDMA carrier, yet your specifications mention both GSM and CDMA compatibility.
