The chief Android release engineer, Jean-Baptiste Queru (JBQ) has confirmed that Android 4.2 just finished hitting the Android Open Source Project (AOSP) and he also confirmed there won’t be further support for Motorola Xoom and Nexus S in AOSP.

Google has officially announced the new iteration of Android ICS OS, making the Android 4.0.3 as the new base version for Ice Cream Sandwich OS.
