Apple has released its first official build iOS 4.3 Beta for developers through its Developer portal on Apple’s website. The beta is available for iOS devices and the second generation Apple TV. Supported devices are iPad, iPod Touch 3rd gen and 4th gen, iPhone 4 and 3GS.
