AT&T has officially announced the LG Thrill 4G with full 3D capabilities, the first U.S. version of LG Optimus 3D, which has launched at last months’ MWC. LG Thrill 4G supports the AT&T’s HSPA+ 4G network.
LG Thrill 4G comes with Android 2.2 Froyo, runs on a 1GHz dual-core, dual-channel ARM Cortex-A9 processor processor, balanced by a PowerVR SGX540 GPU, sporting 4.3-inch stereoscope 3D display that doesn’t require special glasses to view, equipped with dual 5-megapixel stereoscopic 3D cameras, that can capture crystal-clear 3D images and record 720p HD 3D, 1080p HD 2D videos, HDMI-out and DLNA features offer wireless content streaming options, and powered by 1500 mAh Li-Ion battery. There no word on when it will be upgraded to Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS.
LG Thrill 4G is having 512MB RAM, 16GB memory (8GB internal storage plus an 8GB microSD card) and the 3D content will be offered via the “LG 3D Space”, which houses 3D games, video clips and images.
