LG Optimus Pad Hits Japan On March 31st

NTT DoCoMo has just confirmed that the 3D capable LG Optimus Pad aka LG G-Slate (T-Mobile variant) is set to launch on March 31st in ‘some’ of their retail channels in Japan. Previously, it was set to launch on March 15th, but the recent Tsunami shaked the Japan and it leads to effect the launch dates of the many products.

The NTT DoCoMo has listed the LG Optimus Pad with ‘L-O6C’ model name. T-Mobile USA also announced the price of the LG G-Slate ($529 with 2-yr contract), but is mum on the exact launch date. LG G-Slate is expected to launch on April 20th, along with the T-Mobile G2X, according to sources. There is no confirmation about the Optimus Pad in Japan pricing by NTT DoCoMo.
