Sprint’s Samsung Galaxy Tab Goes For $200 From April 3rd

Samsung Galaxy Tab For Sprint

Sprint is going to shave off $100 (pictured below) from its regular price of the Samsung Galaxy Tab from April 3rd, Sunday and it would cost you $199.99 only provided you’re willing to sign your way into a 2-year contract after an $80 instant discount. At present Sprint is offering the Galaxy Tab for $300.

Samsung Galaxy Tab runs with the out-dated Android 2.2 Froyo OS, sporting a 7″ capacitive LCD display with 1024×600 pixels resolution and features a lightning-fast 1GHz processor, equipped with a 3.15 MP rear-facing camera with LED flash and an additional front-facing 1.3MP VGA camera, 3G connectivity, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, 16GB built-in storage allowing for a further 32GB memory expansion via the microSD card slot and GPS Navigation capability. The browser included in the tablet is having both Adobe Flash and HTML5 capabilities.

Galaxy Tab’s price drop by the Sprint leading us to doubt that carrier may launch its new HTC EVO View 4G (aka HTC Flyer) tablet very soon.

To remind you again, Samsung has introduced to new tablets recently – Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 and the redesigned Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablets.
