According to Google’s terms of service, tablets running the Android versions prior to Honeycomb should not be eligible to upgraded to the tablet based operating system, Android 3.0 Honeycomb. But who cares! We want Honeycomb tablets only. HTC has officially confirmed, while replaying to a question on Twitter – “will be offering a Honeycomb upgrade when it’s made available.” Back at MWC 2011 event, HTC Flayer has been unveiled running with Android 2.3 Gingerbread and there were no much discussions about the Honeycomb update for the tablet.
there is word about the specific date for the Honeycomb update on HTC Flyer. Anyhow, its a good sign that we get the official confirmation about the Honeycomb update on Flyer. HTC Flyer is also known as HTC EVO View 4G for Sprint carrier in the U.S. It is being heard that HTC Flayer will be launched on T-Mobile carrier.
