This would be the bad news for those who are waiting for the Motorola Droid Bionic handset, which has been unveiled at CES 2011 event in January. According to well trusted sources by HowardForums’ wnrussell, this handset will be cancelled by Verizon, which is actually nearing its release date.

Motorol Droid Bionic is set to be launch as LTE-enabled dual-core powerful phone powered by Android Froyo sporting 4.3” qHD display and all other high-end specifications. The good news is that the Droid Bionic is purportedly replacing with the unannounced, unconfirmed and rumored Motorola Targa, which is also having Verizon’s 4G LTE capability, HDMI video output, front & rear cameras.
