HTC Inspire 4G Available For $29.99 At RadioShack; Offer Ends On May 21st

HTC Inspire 4G

Amazon is offering the HTC Inspire 4G for $59.99 and it is not the cheapest price in the market right now. Late yesterday, RadioShack has officially announced that it would be selling the HTC Inspire 4G handset for just $29.99 on two-year contract for new AT&T customers and existing subscribers, who are eligible for upgrade. That price compares very favorably to the Amazon’s price cut and to the $199.99 price value of the upcoming Samsung Infuse 4G, which is going to hit the AT&T shelves on May 15th. Bear in mind that this is a limited period offer which ends on May 21st.

HTC Inspire 4G is AT&T’s first 4G phone, capable of HSPA+ with up to 6 Mbps data speeds, where as the Samsung Infuse 4G is capable of both HSPA+/HSUPA connectivity and it is the AT&T’s first device to promise maximum speeds of 21Mbps.

Specs wise, The Inspire 4G is running with Android 2.2 Froyo, skinned with HTC’s Sense UI, powered by a Qualcomm 1Ghz Snapdragon CPU supported by a plentiful 768MB of RAM and 1GB of ROM, sporting a 4.3-inch Super LCD display with WVGA 800×480 resolution, 8GB micro-SD card inserted, and support for memory expansion up to 32GB. For radios you have Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth, FM, and of course UMTS with HSPA+ support, and for audio, 3.5mm jack with Dolby Mobile and SRS WOW HD enhancement. The camera on the back can take 8MP photos and 720p videos, and it includes a dual LED flash. It has DLNA, Mobile Hotspot capability, a proximity and light sensor, plus an accelerometer, and the device is powered by 1230 mAh battery.
