Sharp Aquos Phone SH-12C is an Android powered smartphone, having all the high-end specifications, solid hardware, including the 3D camera and qHD display.
Sharp Aquos Phone SH-12C comes with Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS pre-loaded on it, skinned with "TapFlow UI", powered by 1.4GHz Qualcomm MSM825 processor, sporting a 4.2-inch qHD glasses-free 3D-capable display with 2D resolution of 540 x 960 pixel. It has also got two 8-megapixel cameras with Image processing engine ‘Propix’ capability, capable of shooting 720p 3D video, HSDPA 14Mpbs connectivity capabilities.
Sharp Aquos Phone SH-12C is also having NFC chip, a digital TV tuner, HDMI-out, 512MB of RAM and 2GB of ROM, micro-SD card slot for memory expansion up to 32GB, and infrared communication, plus the usual stuff like Wi-Fi connectivity, 3G, Bluetooth, Android Market, and the whole host of Google & NTT DoCoMo services. It is also having tethering capability as well so that tablet PCs and other devices can be connected to the phone’s 3G internet. With the help of HDMI connectivity, captured movies can shared and watched on a compatible TV.

The Sharp Aquos Phone SH-12C handset will be available for pre-order, starting from May 14th by NTT DoCoMo and will be hitting the stores in Japan on May 20th. We are still unsure about the exact price of the phones, as there’s no official info yet.
