Dell is expected to a release a 10-inch Android Honeycomb tablet, called Dell Streak 10 Pro this summer and according to new benchmark results surfaced online, the tablet may feature the latest Android 3.1 Honycomb OS. Folks over Streak Smart were able to discover the benchmark results of this upcoming tablet at GLBenchmark’s database. The result document (posted after the break) is clear indication that the Dell Streak 10 Pro will indeed come up with Android 3.1. The document shows that the benchmark results of the device showing that it was tested on Android 3.0.1 as well as Android 3.1. Up until now only Motorola Xoom for Verizon has officially got the Android Honeycomb 3.1 OS update which was announced during the recent Google I/O 2011 developers conference.
Though the tablet is tested for Android 3.0.1 and the latest Android 3.1 Honeycomb, we are sure that Dell would be hell bent on launching the device with the latest OS running on it to stand up to the competition from other tablets.
Dell Streak 10 Pro is expected have a Nvidia Tegra T25 dual-core 1GHz processor, 10-inch WXGA display with 1280 x 752 (according to the database but it’s likely to be 1280 x 800) etc.
