Droid 3 is the next iteration of the popular Droid lineup from Motorola heading to release on Verizon. The carrier has yet to make an official announcement on this handset. Motorola Droid 3 has been leaking online for a while now and we’ve already seen plenty of images of this handset. This time, Droid 3 has been shown off in a tutorial video in a pretty detailed way.
The PhonePads blog has outed three tutorial videos of the upcoming Motorola Droid 3 handset. The leaked tutorial videos have revealed out about its five-row physical QWERTY keyboard slider. That means it is having a separate number row in gray on the physical keyboard. Droid 3 is also having a pair of volume controls on the right side instead of the usual volume controller. micro-USB and mini-HDMI ports have been fixed on the left side.
Motorola Droid 3 comes with an 8 megapixel camera capable of 1080p HD video recording. According to its NenaMark benchmarked results, it will be shipping with Texas 1GHz dual-core 1GHz processor, 4-inch qHD display with 960 x 540 pixels, and it will be powered by the Gingerbread (v 2.3.3) flavor of Android OS. BTW, The video doesn’t say which version of the Android OS will be installed on the phone but it does note the software is subject to change at the bottom of each video. The Droid 3 is expected to be having Big Red’s LTE connectivity.
