HTC HD7S, the US version of the international HTC HD7, is now available at AT&T for purchase starting yesterday June 5th as promised earlier. AT&T announced the phone officially in March and is now released a day before the expected arrival of HTC Trophy, the first Windows Phone for Verizon Wireless. HTC HD7S differs from the original HTC HD7 in that the HD7S will be boasting a “improved” Super LCD display instead of the TFT-LCD display on the HD7.
HTC HD7S for AT&T runs on Windows Phone 7 OS and will feature a 4.3-inch WVGA Super LCD Screen, powered by a 1GHz processor, 5 megapixel camera with dual-LED flash with 720p HD video recording capability, 576 MB of RAM and 512 MB of ROM, 16GB of onboard memory (sadly without any micro-SD slot), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, Bluetooth 2.1, A-GPS and powered by a 1230 mAh battery. The phone is coming pre-loaded with latest Windows Phone 7 NoDo update.
