Two sources PhoneHK, and MobileGearz have revealed out the details, images of the new Motorola Droid Bionic handset today. At once, we heard that this handset was delayed and cancelled, and then we came across the sources that claimed that it is going to release with a new revamped design, improved hardware capabilities. NenaMark benchmarked results also proved that it is indeed coming soon. The saga of the Motorola Droid Bionic handset is continuing again. The latest leaked images are showing that the new Motorola Droid Bionic will come with Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread OS with new BLUR UI with a new 3D look, and a new spartan lock screen. The previous NenaMark benchmark results have revealed out that Droid Bionic runs with Android 2.3.3.
The handset will be having a huge 4.5-inch qHD screen like the Samsung Infuse 4G. The previous Droid Bionic model (which was introduced at CES 2011) was having 4.3-inch display. Here in the images, we can see the screen size comparison of Motorola Atrix 4G, and the new Droid Bionic. We can see the presence of the 8 megapixel auto-focused camera on the rear side of the handset, which can record 1080p HD video. It is having an additional front facing camera, a 1GHz dual-core processor, and powered by 1750mAh battery. This device will have some sort of webtop mode so it’ll work with that laptop dock.
