The 4G LTE version of the Honeycomb powered Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is now available for pre-order at Verizon Wireless, which was earlier scheduled to be available for pre-order on June 8th. The slimmest (8.6mm thick) Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE 16 GB tablet edition will cost you $529.99, and the 32GB variant will set you back $629.99 on contract, both available in Metallic Grey and Glossy White.
This powerful tablet is powered by the new Android 3.1 Honeycomb (huge update for Android 3.0), 10.1-inch HD capacitive display at 1280 X 800 pixels of resolution, equipped with a dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor clocked at 1GHz, 4G LTE connectivity, featuring a 3.2-megapixel camera capable of recording 720p HD video, a 2 megapixel camera to make video calls, 7000mAh battery, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, Flash Player 10.2, Samsung Mini Apps Tray, Social Hub, Reader’s Hub, Music Hub, 1080p HD video playback, and much more.

The Wi-Fi edition of Galaxy Tab 10.1 is now available on sale at Best Buy stores for $529.99 for 16GB and $629.99 for 32GB editions. The AT&T edition of Galaxy Tab 10.1 is also expected to hit the markets in the near future. A few days ago, a Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet has passed through FCC with AT&T bands.

Head over to Verizon Wireless Stores (hit the link) to place an order on the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE at $529.99 for the 16GB model and go up to $629.99 for 32GB of storage. The takers have to subscribe for a two-year mobile broadband plan with the carrier. Verizon is offering the following four different tablet plans:
