O2 has recently announced that they will be selling the Windows Phone 7 smartphone HTC HD7 from October 21st. This O2 version of HTC HD7 will carry 16GB of internal storage, the largest of any Windows Phone 7 smartphone and will be available on O2’s range of Pay Monthly Smartphone tariffs, all of which come with unlimited Wi-Fi at thousands of The Cloud and BT Openzone hotspots.
HTC HD7 runs on 1GHz Qualcomm QSD 8250 chipset processor. HTC HD7 is the first Windows Phone 7 smartphone for UK. It is also known as HTC HD3, HTC Gold. Specs wise, HD7 is much similar to HTC 7 Pro.
HTC HD7 features a 4.3” diagonal WVGA Super-LCD touchscreen(480×800 pixels), 5 Megapixel camera(2592 x 1944 pixels) with LED flash & Auto focus, 720p HD video recording capability, Windows phone 7 OS, Qualcomm Snapdragon 1GHz processor, 576 MB RAM/512 MB ROM, 3G, Wi-Fi, 16GB internal storage, Bluetooth 2.1, micro USB and GPS.
