Late yesterday, we’ve seen a leaked press shot of an LG handset of the most popular Optimus series, and today, the manufacturer has officially announced it. Yes! We are talking about the LG Optimus Sol aka LG-E730 handset. This handset has got some mid-range specifications, and an up-to-date hardware, and some of its features were first seen in flagship devices just one year ago. Interestingly, LG Optimus Sol handset is featuring “Ultra AMOLED” display which is said to be making the images look better but offers fantastic outdoor visibility. LG adds “ it has a two-fold advanced reflection rate compared to standard AMOLED displays”.

Price & Availability
Look for the LG Optimus Sol phone in mid-September at Europe markets, followed by Central and South America. It’ll be available in black, titan and white, subject to regional release. There’s no official info on pricing yet from LG.
