RIM’s BlackBerry Bold 9900 is already available for sale by T-Mobile in the U.S. But, AT&T’s customers will be also getting their chance to grab this handset very soon. AT&T announced that the 4G HSPA+ capable BlackBerry Bold 9900 will be available to purchase from November 6th for $199.99 for a new two-year contract agreement with the carrier.
BlackBerry Bold 9900 is the first smartphone in RIM’s Bold series to feature both a QWERTY keyboard and a touchscreen display in a candybar form factor.
BlackBerry Bold 9900 comes with a 2.8-inch “Liquid Graphics” VGA screen, and running on a 1.2GHz Snapdragon CPU inside, embedded with NFC chip for mobile payments, and brings support for Augmented Reality applications, equipped with a 5-megapixel flash-equipped camera for 720p HD video recording capability, boosted by 768MB RAM, and 8GB of internal storage and scope for 32GB memory expansion, Orientation Sensor (Accelerometer), Digital Compass (Magnetometer), Proximity Sensor, and a 1230 mAh removable, rechargeable battery.
