We’ve been hearing the reports that AT&T is bringing super-sized Samsung Galaxy Note early this year as the SGH-I717 and it will have 4G LTE capability under the hood. Samsung recently announced that it has shipped more than 1 million Galaxy Note smartphones and teh manufacturer has confirmed that Galaxy Note is set to launch in the U.S. this year. The folks over Sammobile website have come up with a picture of a Samsung Galaxy Note handset, sporting an AT&T logo on it. This is the first leaked render of the AT&T branded Samsung Galaxy Note, which is heading to the U.S. AT&T’s Samsung Galaxy Note will be having all the same specifications as that of the international version of the Galaxy Note GT-N7000 device. But, according to the source, AT&T version will come preinstalled with NFC feature and you can also UCLA featured on Google Maps (in the image).

AT&T’s tablet-phone like Samsung Galaxy Note device runs Android 2.3.x Gingerbread OS with TouchWiz 4.0 UI on top of it, sporting a huge 5.3-inch Super AMOLED screen, 1.4GHz dual-core processor (made by Snapdragon or TI), offering a 8 megapixel rear-facing camera to record 1080 p HD videos, an additional front facing 2MP camera to forward the video calls, a massive 2500mAh battery, 4G LTE super speeds, NFC technology, 802.11 Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, micro USB 2.0, Bluetooth 3.0, GLONASS, Qik video calling service and much more.

Look for it to hit the U.S. markets in q1 or q2 of this year. AT&T is expected to announced this beast at Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2012 event in this month.
