LG Spectrum Hitting Verizon On January 19th?

A new 4G LTE capable Android handset LG Spectrum is making its way to Verizon network this month. This handset is the successor of the LG Revolution handset. It is also known as LG Revolution 2. The official renders of this handset have already surfaced online in the mid of the last month. According to a new leak, LG Spectrum is set for a January 19 launch for an unknown price point. But, the source is claiming that the price range should sit between $250 and $300.

LG Spectrum will be rocking Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS at launch time rather than the new Android ICS OS and it packs 4.5-inch True HD IPS display with 329 PPI, Corning Gorilla Glass protection, a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S3 processor, 1GB RAM, an 8 megapixel camera to record 1080p HD videos, an additional 1.3MP front-shooter to help you to make video chats, 4GB eMMC, 16GB microSD card inserted, 802.11 Wi-Fi, BT 3.0, 1830mAh battery, DLNA, HDMI out, LTE hotspot for up to 10 devices and much more.

LG Spectrum will also come preinstalled with an exclusive HD ESPN Scorecenter content, a set of HD video editing tools and the Netflix HD service. LG Spectrum is expected to be announced at CES 2012 event along with another LTE capable Motorola Droid 4 handset.
