Yesterday, we told you about the Sony MT27i Pepper handset’s NenaMark’s benchmark database results. Now, another handset from Sony, the LT22i ‘Nypon’ has made an appearance on NenaMark website. We already heard about Sony’s 2012 smartphones roadmap and price list, including the Sony LT22i Nypon.
Just like teh Sony MT27i ‘Pepper’ handset, the Nypon is believed to be equipped with ST-Ericsson NovaThor dual-core processor clocked at 1GHz. Latest reports are claiming that Sony LT22i Nypon is rumored to be sporting Sony WhiteMagic screen with 1000 nits of brightness, which is equivalent to as much as the brightest mobile display of Nokia 701 handset, and it delivers qHD resolution of 540 X 960 pixels. It runs Android 2.3.7 Gingerbread OS.
Other features are including an 8.1 megapixel camera with Exmor R BIS + LED flash to record 1080p HD videos, 16GB on-board storage, ARM Mali-400 MP GPU + 1GB RAM to keep things running smoothly, Bluetooth 2.1, 802.11 Wi-Fi b/g/n connectivity.
