HTC Endeavor aka HTC One X

HTC’s first Quad-core handset receives another name change. Initially, HTC has changed the codename of its upcoming quad-core handset from HTC Edge to HTC Endeavor. Today, a reliable source has got the plausible and final retail branding of HTC’s next flagship phone. According to PocketNow, the HTC Endeavbor will be launched as HTC One X. This is the first time we are hearing about the codename “HTC One X” and if our prediction is right, the manufacturer hasn’t filed any trademark applications for this codename. Previous rumors have also suggested that it will be hitting the markets under the retail name “HTC Supreme”.

HTC Endeavor/HTC One X has been rumored to offer manufacturer’s first Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core processor, a bigger 4.7-inch “optically-laminated” 720p display, an 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD video recording capability, all running Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich OS with HTC Sense UI 4.0 on top of it, Dropbox integration. Recently, we also saw the leaked HTC Sense 4.0 screenshots of the HTC Endeavor handset.

It could be that the HTC Endeavor/HTC One X will be officially unveiled at the upcoming MWC event this month in Barcelona.
