Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Goes To FCC With AT&T Bands

The new Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 has made its first trip through the labs of the FCC, which has been announced by the manufacturer at Mobile World Congress event on Monday. Good news is that Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 has been given approval for use on the WCDMA 850/1900MHz bands that AT&T uses for 3G. Having cleared the FCC certification process with those specs, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 should hit the AT&T markets. But, Sammy hasn’t provided any carrier availability details during its announcement. AT&T is already selling the Samsung Galaxy Note handset at the moment, so the Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet may join its brother with on AT&T’s shelves.

Samsung has confirmed that tablet will be available worldwide with HSPA+ and Wi-Fi, as well as a Wi-Fi only version  form the 2nd quarter of this year for an unknown price point. Hopefully, AT&T bring this 10.1-sized Samsung Galaxy Note tablet to the U.S. in the near future.
