The much-awaited Nokia Reading app is now as free download in the Windows Marketplace for Nokia Lumia windows phones. Nokia showed off this app at this year Mobile World Congress show. Nokia Reading is the Finnish company’s e-book store and library for windows phone. It brings e-book reading feature, RSS reader functionality which lets you to pin the favorite publications to the home screen. Nokia Reading app also supports audio books.
The applets you start reading the e-books and seamlessly continue where you left off, adjust the font size, the screen orientation and switch between day and night mode. You can find the titles The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo; One Day; and The Adventures Of Sherlock Holmes, Snuff , Summer Of Love and more will be added later. Nokia has also confirmed that it is working on the further updates of this app to bring a virtual magazine with RSS support and provisions for audio books.
Nokia Reading app is now available in the Marketplace specifically for Nokia Lumia 900, 800, 710, and 610 Windows Phones. The app is now available to download in France, Germany, Italy, Russia, Spain and the UK. No luck for U.S. It should roll out to other markets over the rest of the year.
