Following the launch of the Jelly Bean AOSP code in July, Google immediately started pushing out the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update JRO03C for the HSPA+ capable Samsung Galaxy Nexus handset, but there is no luck for the Verizon branded Galaxy nexus handset yet. A new test build of the Jelly Bean OS, JRO03O has leaked online for the Verizon Galaxy nexus. This is indeed great news for Verizon customers to eagerly waiting for the Jelly bean update. Leaking of the Jelly bean test build indirectly hinting at the arrival of the official OTA Jelly Bean update for Verizon Galaxy Nexuses and it might happen in the coming weeks.
The leaked Jelly Bean test build JRO03O is pre-rooted and flashable and it carries a new bootloader PRIMELC03, and new radios FF02 CDMA/FG02 LTE. If you want to take risks involving in the unofficial ROMs, you can grab the JRO03O build file from the below link and follow the mentioned instructions to finish the flashing process successfully. The update weighs 146MB of size. Please note that you need to be running on stocked ROM with the latest OTA update (IMM76Q) before flashing this test build on your device.

Instructions below.
1. Download the file from above onto your phone’s storage.
2. Reboot into recovery and make a backup.
3. You should probably wipe data and cache at this point.
4. Then “install zip from sdcard” and find the file you just downloaded.
5. Watch it install, reboot, and enjoy.
