Samsung GALAXY Note II U.S. Launch Confirmed For October 24th

Prior to the IFA trade show in Berlin, Samsung has unveiled the new GALAXY Note II phablet, which is sequel to the original Note and the Korean manufacturer is expecting to sell it in 20 to 30 million numbers. Later, the manufacturer has announced the Galaxy Note II’s availability for major U.S. carriers – Verizon, Sprint, AT&T, T-Mobile, and U.S. Cellular, which is already taking pre-orders for it. Unfortunately, there was no word regarding the exact ship dates for the U.S. carriers.

It looks like, the Galaxy Note II is set for the official U.S. launch on October 24th. Samsung sent out invited to press, asking to save the date for an October 24th event scheduled in New York City at 7PM. See the stylus on the invite with “Next Big Thing” tagline, which is clearly suggesting the event will be all about Galaxy Note phablet’s landing date on the U.S. soil. previously, A “respected source” for AT&T claims that AT&T is planning to release it on October 21st.
