We had earlier reported that the Samsung Galaxy Note II is reportedly launching on October 24 in the US. Though the earlier reports were un-official, now we see the official version of the story and the invitation that have been sent out.
The invitation reads “Galaxy Note II World Tour 2012 NYC” and the launch event is on October 24 at New York as expected earlier. Samsung expects the Samsung GALAXY Note II to double the number of sales achieved by the first model with 20 million units estimated to be picked up over the next year.
US wireless carrier T-Mobile already announced that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note II will be arriving on T-Mobile’s network this fall. The new phablet features a 5.5-inch HD Super AMOLED screen with a quad-core processor, featuring Samsung’s 1.6GHz quad-core Exynos processor. In addition, the Galaxy Note II is powered by Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and the device’s 3100mAh battery powers up to 15 hours of talk time.
The Samsung Galaxy Note II will be available in Titanium Gray and Marble White color options. The smartphone is expected to be available nationwide at T-Mobile retail stores, select national retailers and dealers, and online via its website in the coming weeks.
Stay tuned for the release on 24th, we will not let you miss anything.
