Less than a week ago, Google has rolled out the Android 4.1.2 JZO54K update for the Asus-made Nexus 7 tablet. Google is also prepping a soak test of the Android 4.1.2 build for the Motorola Xoom Wi-Fi edition. It looks like the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update is final for the Samsung Galaxy Nexuses with GSM/HSPA capability (yakju) and has now started rolling out to everyone over the air, which came along with build JZO54K.
This is a minor update, bringing the usual performance and stability fixes, but it is not carrying Landscape mode feature, which was exclusively came along with Android 4.1.2 update for the Nexus 7 tablet.

Owners of the unlocked GSM Galaxy Nexus (yakju) are currently waking up to an OTA update notification of the Android 4.1.2 build. If you haven’t received the upgrade yet, you can try hitting the software update section in Settings/About Phone to grab the update. If that doesn’t work, Google has provided an alternative on its servers, which is a direct download link for manual installation. Grab the Android 4.1.2 ROM from the below link.

For flashing the Android 4.1.2 JZO54K ROM downloaded from the above link, you must be running on build JRO03C. Instructions below.
# Rename the ROM file to ‘update.zip’
# Reboot into Recovery Mode by turning off your phone
# Now keep pressing and holding the volume button (both up and down), and the power button at the same time until you see bootloader screen on your phone and then release the buttons
# Now press the down-volume button to select Recovery, then press the power button to reboot into recovery mode
# You can backup your current ROM, if you want to revert
# Select ‘install update.zip’ (v4.1.2 JZO54K image) from stock recovery
# Wait for some time till the installation process finishes successfully and let the the phone to reboot automatically
# Enjoy Android 4.1.2 goodies on your GSM Galaxy Nexuses.
