We’ve been seeing several leaked images of HTC Incredible HD (unconfirmed name) from various technology websites, which could be HTC’s first LTE handset on US carrier Verizon Wireless. But Incredible HD would in fact be named as Thunderbolt 4G, which is being kept under covers and teasing now on HTC’s website and the page is live right now and suggesting you to give you name and email id details and you will be provided news about this mysterious handset when it is available. You can see the name ‘Thunderbolt 4G’(or it could be Droid Thunderbolt 4G) is appearing in the URL string of the handset’s advertising webpage — www.htc.com/4G?extcid=Thunderbolt-4G-Disp. Two days back, this link is not working and it is live now running with a slogan “On January 6th, HTC will be the first to 4G. Again.” So January 6th will be official unveiling date of this mysterious handset.
Thunderbolt is expecting to be having a 4.3-inch screen and 1GHz Snapdragon CPU in a sleek aluminium body. Which phone could it be and is it really for Verizon, we don’t have exact details yet. Bring it on HTC!
